Rentujemy uses an AI hotline to handle incoming guest calls around the clock. When a guest calls the property's phone number, the AI answers immediately — in the guest's language — and resolves common questions without needing human involvement.

Tip: Most guest calls are resolved instantly by the AI: check-in instructions, access codes, WiFi passwords, parking, and nearby recommendations.

When a human takes over

If the AI cannot resolve a guest issue — for example, a safety concern, a complaint, or an emergency — the call is escalated to the Rentujemy on-call team. You are notified of escalations that require your attention.

Your role
