Rentujemy uses an AI hotline to handle incoming guest calls around the clock. When a guest calls the property's phone number, the AI answers immediately â in the guest's language â and resolves common questions without needing human involvement.
Tip: Most guest calls are resolved instantly by the AI: check-in instructions, access codes, WiFi passwords, parking, and nearby recommendations.

When a human takes over
If the AI cannot resolve a guest issue â for example, a safety concern, a complaint, or an emergency â the call is escalated to the Rentujemy on-call team. You are notified of escalations that require your attention.
Note: Escalations are rare. The AI handles over 90% of guest inquiries without human involvement.
Your role
As a property owner, you are not expected to respond to guest calls or messages. Rentujemy manages all guest communication on your behalf. If a guest contacts you directly, you can redirect them to the support hotline.
