The payout formula
Your monthly payout is calculated as follows: Total guest revenue minus Rentujemy management fee minus any property expenses (cleaning, maintenance, supplies) equals your net payout.
Note: Your management fee percentage is specified in your contract. Contact your property manager if you're unsure of your rate.
What counts as revenue
Nightly rate
The price paid by guests for each night's stay, as set by Rentujemy's dynamic pricing system.
Cleaning fees
Guest-facing cleaning fees charged at checkout. These are typically offset against actual cleaning costs.
Upsells and extras
Any additional services ordered by guests â airport transfers, early check-in, late check-out, welcome packages â that are attributed to your property.
Common deductions
Management fee
Rentujemy's fee for managing bookings, guest communication, and platform operations. The percentage is fixed in your contract.
Cleaning costs
The actual cost of professional cleaning after each stay. This varies by property size and is billed at cost.
Maintenance and supplies
Any repairs, replacements, or consumables (e.g. toiletries, coffee, toilet paper) restocked between stays.
Platform commissions
Booking platform fees (e.g. Airbnb host fee) where applicable, deducted before the payout is calculated.
Payout schedule
Payouts are processed once per month, typically in the first 10 days of the following month (e.g. earnings from March are paid in early April). Payments are made by bank transfer in the currency specified in your contract.
Tip: If a payout is delayed, it's usually due to a bank processing issue. Contact your property manager and they'll check the transfer status.
