Finding your statement
Log in to the owner portal
Go to your portal and navigate to the Payouts section in the left menu.
Select the month
Use the month selector to choose the period you want to review. Statements are available for all closed months.
Download as PDF
Click the Download button to save a PDF copy of your statement for your records.
Statement sections explained
Revenue summary
The top section shows total guest revenue for the period: number of reservations, total nights booked, and gross income before deductions.
Reservation breakdown
A line-by-line list of each reservation: check-in date, check-out date, nightly rate, cleaning fee collected, and total per stay.
Deductions
A separate block showing all costs subtracted: management fee, cleaning costs, maintenance, and any other agreed expenses.
Net payout
The final figure transferred to your bank account. This is highlighted at the bottom of the statement.
Important: If a line item looks incorrect or unexpected, contact your property manager before the end of the month — adjustments can be made to the following statement.
Currency
Statements for Dubai properties are issued in AED. Statements for Polish properties are issued in PLN. If your bank account is in a different currency, your bank will apply their own exchange rate on the day of transfer.
