Reading your property calendar

How to interpret reservation blocks, blocked dates, and open availability in your calendar view.

Understanding the calendar

Your property calendar shows all nights at a glance. Each block of color represents a different status:

1

Blue blocks — confirmed reservations

A guest has booked these nights. The guest's first name is shown for privacy. Full details are not displayed in the owner view.

2

Grey blocks — blocked or unavailable

These dates are unavailable for booking. This may be due to maintenance, an owner stay, or a manual block set by your property manager.

3

White/empty blocks — open nights

These dates are available for new reservations. If you see many consecutive open nights, it may be worth asking your property manager about pricing.

Guest privacy

To protect guest privacy, the calendar shows only the guest's first name. Full names, contact details, and reservation specifics are managed by the Rentujemy team.

ℹ️

Note: If you need details about a specific reservation (e.g. for a maintenance issue), contact your property manager directly.

Requesting a blocked date

If you need access to your property for personal use or maintenance, contact your property manager at least 7 days in advance. They will block the dates and ensure no overlapping reservations.

⚠️

Important: Blocking dates may affect your monthly earnings if the property is already earning well for that period. Discuss this with your manager before confirming.
