RENTUJEMY is renting your property for 1-year lease contract registered in EJARI, with a prolongation.

Cohosting - You Stay Involved, We Handle the Rest
Best for owners who want to keep control over certain tasks (e.g., cleaning, maintenance) but leverage our expertise for bookings, pricing, and guest communications. A lower commission rate as you remain active in some aspects of hosting.

Our standard offer is 4 post-dated cheques per year, but you can also choose:

We make offers for both furnished and unfurnished apartments, with better rates for fully equipped properties ready for guests. We offer furnishing packages.

We rent the apartment directly from you, register the lease with EJARI, and cover all utilities — including Internet, DEWA — as well as all ongoing maintenance.

Preparing Your Apartment for Renting and Legal Compliance
We take care of all the formalities: handling paperwork, signing contracts, signing the NOC certificate, securing DTCM permits, and registering EJARI when required. We’ll also guide you through making your property guest-ready — you can choose one of our ready-to-rent furnishing packages for a fast start or handle the setup yourself with our recommendations to maximise appeal and occupancy from day one.

Key Handover and Start Renting
Depending on your chosen partnership model, we either hand over your post-dated cheques, onboard you to our Owner Portal to track all generated revenue in real time, or — in the case of cohosting — provide coordination software for cleaning and repairs while managing listings, guest communication, deposit handling, and revenue-optimised pricing.
